Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Services
If you are unable to afford our local veterinary clinics but wish to get your pet spayed/neutered please utilize one of the following resources to reduce unwanted litters.
Athens County Humane Society Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics
Registrations are held the first Thursday of each month at the Market on State. They currently have funds for stray and feral cats and charges are flexible.
The SPOT Clinic
The Humane Society of Parkersburg’s SPOT Clinic is a low-cost spay and neuter clinic that is available to everyone, regardless of income or residency. During your pet's spay/neuter procedure, we can provide other routine services at a significant discount.
Help For Animals Clinic
Help for Animals Clinic is primarily a high volume, low-cost, spay/neuter clinic. The trip to Barboursville, WVA, might be worth your while if you get a van load of cats or dogs there at one time. They have the lowest prices but are about two hours away.
